Refund policy

• We guarantee your dahlia tubers will arrive in the mail with at least one eye, and a healthy tuber body. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at bkcarter13@msn.com  within 7 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns. Once the 7 days have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers. Please understand we are not responsible for damage due to bad weather, pests, poor storage, or negligence.
